In the summer of 2025 we started on a beautiful mountain view site building a contemporary home with the directives given that everything should be weighed on overall cost, longevity of outcome (maintenance), and cost sustainability; meaning not only what does the system or product cost up front but how can it save money to own the home for years to come.

We will be as we do in many of our projects be utilizing solar, radiant concrete floors for thermal mass, ultra tight above code insulation, mechanical ventilation, and siding products and colors not only to look good and stay colorfast but also age gracefully.
