What is your price per square foot?

We do not have any set price per square foot but we do have typical costs for aspects of building that can be used for design budgeting. A price per square foot would not be able to be determined until the entire scope of a particular project is carefully reviewed.

Price per square foot can be a misunderstood term. Building prices are largely based on the design; how much time, amount and type of materials needed, intricacy, and economy of scale, all play factors.

We are happy to go over budgets and explain where costs go, where to either cut or invest more into a feature depending on the customers wants.

What is your range? How far do you travel?

Our typical project range is from the northern end of the Lakes Region (Squam Lake area) up the interstate 93 corridor, and surrounding towns to Littleton New Hampshire.

Do you do design or architectural drawings?

No, sorry.

We can do simple design and detail design but are not set up to do large scale drawings. We would be happy to walk a project with you and discuss potential options with you and give you some direction to work with a professional architect on. We can also give you our opinion or provide a drawing of something you would like a simpler or more creative approach on.

If you do not already have a designer or architect we would be happy to provide references to several we have worked with in the past and would gladly work with again in the future.

“I saw this thing on-line can you make it?”

Yes. But first lets tailer that thing to your needs and weigh the advantages and disadvantages.

… Unless it is one of those things from Pintrest made of pallets, then no sorry we don’t do that.
